My name is Monique Noel-Gunter. Both personally and professionally, I am relied upon by many to perform well in various roles. To me, family is everything! So, I do my best to make sure that my family and those who rely on me are well cared for and in a better position because they know and trust me. That being said, balancing my home and my career for so many years has taught me the values of time and relationships. With them in mind, I am very good at not wasting either. Because time is precious, I believe that it is just as important to enjoy what I do, as it is to do it well.
Professionally, I am licensed by New York State as a real estate salesperson and Realtor with eXp Realty; and as a life insurance agent by New York, Connecticut, District Of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Maryland, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Virginia and West Virginia with Primerica. I use my expertise and resources to help my clients to improve their circumstances with real estate, income protection, and wealth planning. In the field, I have learned that while life is an effective teacher, you do not have to burn to learn! You can do much better with the help of those who have done what you are seeking to do. This reduces errors, saves time and drastically improves your results. For these reasons, I am proud to be a trusted professional who also works with other professionals who have earned my trust in the field and can now help to serve my client base.

As a Trini-American who grew up in Yonkers, New York and as the spouse of a member of service, I am very familiar with the sacrifices made to improve life for others.
